SALON POLICY
We do not issue refunds on salon services and products. However, if you are not satisfied with the results of any salon services, please let our receptionist know before leaving the salon. We offer a One-Time Adjustment at no additional charge within 7 Business days. We require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.
